Well well, it seems that some of us are as confused
about the carrying ons of my ancestors as were the
generation prior.

Yes folks this question has been around that long when
it came to Gilbert and Jean.

Now I know it is not exactly of Huguenot topic but I
thought as we generally find the correct answer to most
of our Huguenot enquiries on this list ..well there you
go.

Mind you the descendents of Jean did eventually take up
the Calvinist calling.. yes Tony these two were
actually Catholic.. imagine the goings on. Then of
course money came into the equation and so all was well.

Tony's response was :- Christina is Alice's half-sister
and half-aunt

I have relayed most of the responses to family around
the world. I hope they stop asking me now.
