Hello Listers,

I should clear something up before it drifts off my
original question or comment.

The time period that doors were painted Yellow was the
10th and 11th century.

It was done to identify criminals such as traitors.

What I am asking ..... Was it continued on in France
and was it common in the Huguenot days ?

The second part is Why would they use the colour yellow
?
