Hello alls, I have seen a tvmovie version of the Dumas novels "Dame of
Montsoreau" Dumas had historical research done but he added more
adventures (poison,duels) to spice up his books.
There's a big study by the duc d'Aumale titled "Histoire des Princes de
Condé published in 1869" This duc d'Aumale,son of Louis-Philippe ,king of
the French (not of France,he was the first and only to use that title in
France) left in his will Chantilly castle to the Institut de France , the
body that includes the Académie française because he didn't want to leave
his possessions to the French republic. Luc
