Subject: [HWE] MOLYNEUX, ROFFEY from Shoreditch

Hi
I've recently subscribed as I believe there may be Huguenot ancestry in my tree.
Researching in Shoreditch, Bethnal Green, Hackney area:
Main line:
MOLYNEUX (sometimes MOLINEAX, MULLINEX & other variations) Mostly used St Leonard's Shoredtich for baptisms. Confirmed info back to Henry & Ann Sophia MOLYNEUX and their offspring born between 1813 & 1833. Speculative prior to that although various records on IGI. No connection with more well known MOLYNEUXs of North of England (who have been in England since Norman invasion!) My family born & bred in London area as above.
Families marrying MOLYNEUXs:
ROFFEY
SEYMOUR
WATSON
BUMSTEAD
SYMONS
HARDS
Reasons for considering Huguenot connection:
1 Geographic location of family
2 Scattering of "French" christian names through family
Hoping others may be interested in these names and/or may confirm/deny a possible Huguenot connection.
Many thanks
