There are three different forms of index. The first series only gives the
page number and one must assume the first 21 Cahiers were numbered
consecutively. The next group give page and year which one obtains from a
list at the front of the index and the last group indicate year and page in
the reference i.e. 90.207.

The index does not include forenames.
