Roy -
I do not know whether 'close' or 'alternative' spellings abound in French
research as frequently as in English, but I have a passing interest in the
name of REGNAULT, as below.
I believe that there were two J A REGNAULTs at about the time, one eminent,
the other mine!
This very much a 'vague chance' post.
1 SELLON, Charlotte b: Unknown in ? d: Unknown in ?
.. +REGNAULT, Jaques Amabel b: Abt. 1797 in ? m: 16 August 1838 in British
Embassy Chapel, Paris, France d: 1896 in ?
.... 2 REGNAULT, x?, chdn of Jaques & Charlotte ? b: Unknown in ? d:
Unknown in ?
Yours aye Andrew Sellon East Anglia
Poverty is no disgrace to a man, but it is confoundedly inconvenient.
