Re: Juergen's comment today that Kay's latest message came through in
HTML -- I received Kay's message as just plain text, no HTML. Could any
other listers who received it in HTML please contact me privately, off
list -- please include Kay's message, if you still have it, so I can have a
look at it.
Rootsweb is supposed to reject posts to the list which are HTML, so this
is a puzzle to me. I will investigate and get back to the list as soon as I
know anything new.
And while we are on this subject, did anyone receive Carolyn's post re:
LUCADOU on 3 March as one which had nothing in the body of the message but
there was an attachment which had to be opened in order to read her post?
This is the way I received it -- in both list and digest form. Again,
Rootsweb is supposed to reject message with attachments so this is another
puzzle. Did anyone receive Carolyn's message just as usual, and like all the
others, ie. without an attachment? I think Carolyn's e-mail program is set
up to automatically reply this way -- ie. she is doing it inadvertently, as
is Kay. Please contact me off-list about this (attachments).
