Subject: Bible from Lancaster Co area PA mentions Bucher Hinkel Hipple Baker Fink Hoster & Wehler

I saw a beautiful family bible in a used book store today & as a hobby I like to list the family info from bibles seen in such situations in order to try to get them back to their family when possible.
This bible had so much information in it that I just couldn't get every bit to list here, but I did get enough highlights to hopefully connect it to some interested researcher out there!
First of all there were papers just inside the front cover, including a marriage certificate for Christian Bucher of Donegal Twp Lancaster Co PA who married Margaret Hinkel of Marietta Lancaster Co PA on April 24, 1834.
There was also a mourning card for Mrs Margaret Bucher who died June 19, 1895 aged 79y 6m 19d.
Also another marriage certificate for Isiah Hipple who married Elzabeth Bucher on October 16, 1861 in Harrisburg PA.
There were also a few other papers that I did not note here.
(like I said, I only got the highlights... I tried to copy down the important clues to link this to a present day researcher)
In the family register portion, In addition to much more that is not listed here, I found the following:
Isiah Hipple was born 4-19-1833.
Elizabert Bucher was born 12-3-1840 and was the daughter of Christian & Margaret (Hinkel) Bucher
Christian Hipple Married Elsie G Fink 12-1-1907 location not listed
It seems they had a son Richard William Hipple on 7-25-1910 and on 6-7-1936 in Philadelphia PA, he married Eleanor Virginia Wehler (could also say Webler) who was born 6-11-1911 to Kurvin W. and Maude (Hoster) Wehler.
They had a son Richard W. Hipple Jr. born 6-19-1937.
Katie B. Hipple married John Edgar Baker 9-16-1936 in Emigsville York Co PA (Katie was probably Christian's sister, but I don't have the bible here and I didn't include that connection in my notes. I was mainly trying to get all the surnames included for this posting)
The Marriage, Birth & Death sections of this bible were completely full. There is much more than what is listed here. This seems to have gone down the Hipple line. If you are a direct descendant of Christian Bucher & Margaret Hinkel or their son-in-law Isiah Hipple and you are interested in having this bible returned to the family please contact me and if it is still available I will be happy to assist.
