Springfield township and completed his education at the West Chester School,
taking a two years course"

He is the son of Jesse Hipple and first wife Fannie E. Hannum.
grandson of Henry Hipple, b 1815 in Chester co Pa

he had a brother Leroy C. Hipple and a sister Rachel M. Hipple

If this might be the correct man, I can provide more details from the History
of Chester and Delaware Counties.
