To Dan Ruesch:
If the Aurora you're planning to visit is the one in Sevier county, it's a
very small town just south of Salina and I'm not sure whether it has its
own cemetery. Most every small town in Sevier county had a cemetery but I
know of at least one (Central Valley) that became so neglected that some
families had their dead moved to Richfield.
A phone call to a mortuary in Salina (Springer-Turner @ 435-529-3821 or
Warren R. Jensen @ 435-529-3840) would tell you whether Aurora has a town
cemetery. They could also tell you how to get there although if there is
one it can't be too hard to find since Aurora is such a small town. It
probably had fewer than 300 people in it when I lived in Sevier county. Of
course, that was many years ago but I don't think it has grown all that
much.
