Are there any descendants of Ephraim K. Hanks and Thisbe Quilley Read
that would like to share family information. I have recent research
findings that makes corrections to the book "Tempered Wind." I would
also love to hear from anyone who has historical notes on Eph's life.
He was a member of the Mormon Battalion, a Martin-Willie Handcart
rescuer, Pony Express rider, and a peacemaker among the Indians.
