Terri,

Thank you for checking your CD for Mary Gilmore. I have checked my

record)
I also have another source that states she was born in Dublin,
Ireland.

Burial:Dec 1896

7.William Harris
B: 7 Oct 1831
Place:Neath, Glamorganshire, Wales

I also have another child that I have in one record that is suppose to be
apart of this family, but I have not been able to find any information on
her. Her name was Betsy Harris and she was born in Neath,
Glamorganshire, Wales.

After I started typing this, I realize that I had given you Mary's maiden
name. At the time that she came to America which was married and
therefore probably went by the name of Mary Harris. I am sorry for your
trouble and my forgetfulness. I also been able to find information
about John Harris, her spouse and her son William Harris. They came
across together from Wales on a ship called Goliconda(sp?) "under the
Daniel Jones Loan" on Feb 1854. I am not sure what it means to come
under a loan. Any ideas?

I wanted to tell you that your closing statement "Bad Spellers of the
World --- Untie!!" is so true. I have found various spellings for
several of my ancestors. It makes the research challenging to say the
least. I do again apologize for not sending you her married name.

Thanks for any assistance that you can offer.
