Hi Listers:
Can someone tell me how I can get a menu bar (or any bar) on my screen.
I'm on W-98 with Juno version 5 (Platinum) as my ISP. If I switch to I.E.
the menu bar is there (I'm talking about the bar with the scissors, undo,
etc. Thanks to you all for past help to an old Newbie.
