Members of the LDS Church has been extracting Ellis Island Passenger lists
for the past 5 years. The project is almost finished and will be available
on the ellis Island web page as well as at Family History Centers and
probably for sale on CD very soon at cost. Judging from the low cost of
the Vital Records index for North America and British Isles I would think
the pass. lists would be the same.
