Subject: Charles H. Diggins

I am trying to locate the parents of Charles H. Diggins, b. 1835,
Weathersfield, Vt., my gggrfr. He is shown on the 1850 Vt Census living
with the Streeter family in Weathersfield. I have contacted the
Weathersfield Historical Society, but no help on him specifically.

He shows up in the 1860, California Census as Charles H. "Dickens",
Round Valley Twnshp, Mencodino County and then again on the 1870 census
as Charles H. Diggins.

I have listings for every other Diggins in the country, but nothing for
Charles. Please help if you can. Getting desperate here.!!!!
