Hi Paul,

I have Netscape Communicator.  When I write an email, either on line or
off
line, I use the send key and mark it for send later.  I have a folder
entitled Unsent Messages (created by Netscape automatically) and it
queues
there for either sending or editing.  If I still want to edit that
message,
I must go to the Unsent Messages folder and call it up and then use
"File -
Edit Message" -- in order to change the message.

I can't help you about the lock-ups, don't experience them with my
computer,
although I did uninstall Nuts & Bolts because I didn't like the churning
that occurred when it was installed and worried there might be problems
with
that program.  I also had problems with First Aid conflicting with
programs.
I prefer to work without those programs, can't take the pressure of the
computer growling all the time.

As for downloading Netscape messages, mine download right to the mailbox
of
the Netscape program.  If you want to, you can copy a message from the
mailbox to the a: drive.  As a matter of fact, I make regular back-ups
of my
messages to floppies.  I've never considered moving the messages to the
hard
drive.  Perhaps someone can help you there.

Good luck.

Elaine
