Hi Joan
I just recently lost all of mine, so I know what the fear is. I had alot of
wonderful help from a few people on some of the other mailing lists I am on
and here is the advice they gave me.
On your desktop click on "My Computer", then click on "C" drive. This will
bring up all of your programs on your hard drive. After that goto your AOL
program and open it. You will find a file called "organize" in it, open it
and there should be something in there with your screen name on it. Right
click on it goto "send to". This will bring up a menu as to where you wanna
send it to... goto 3 1/2 floppy. That should do it, depending on what you
have in your PFC/Favorite places. If it is too full of email and stuff, then
you will need a disk with more space. If not, it will copy everything from
that file onto the disk, even your web links, please trust me on this. I know
it doesn't look like it when you bring the file up out of AOL, but it is in
there somewhere with all of the funky writing. If that doesn't work, please
let me know and I will go thru some of the other responses that I received and
we will hopefully find a solution.
Hope this helps!
Happy hunting and good luck =Þ
