Hi, I had the same thing happen to me and this County required you to
send the
money in with the request.. I believe alot of them have become lazy AND
keep
your money. It's easier to stamp a form Not Found then search for it. I
sent
another letter BUT sent it to the County Registrar, Personnal and Confidential
and asked why the Clerk could not find it when I provided the money and
location
data. Of Course I sent the Registrar a copy of my request.
I got my Cert. back in THREE days!! Try it! Diane
