Is anyone else still having problems with their lists. At first it was
getting the index with part or none of the messages. Now I am having
problems with the attachments. I got nine of the same attachment for the KS.
list, the next day I received eight GenTip attachments all the same. I have
to open all, as sometimes it become a guessing game, I open one titled
GenTips and it will be a Dixon List. I can open a KS. list title and it will
be GenTips. The title doesn't match the List I am getting. I have written
and called. Usually the techs claim they are not having any problems. One
finally said to check, call back and tell them who the provider is for the
lists. When I called back I got a tech, who for the first time admitted they
were having many problems. I hate to change providers as so many people have
my address, that I would never be able to notify them. Keep thinking this
will be worked out. Jean Suman
