Hi!

Tennepee is actually Tennessee. Old handwriting of the time created a letter
which looks like a 'p' or 'f' when it is actually a 'ss'. There a really
good web site about it but I don't have the url handy. Let me try to dig it
up. If anyone knows it, please post.
