In a message dated 98-04-15 00:00:40 EDT, you write:

only someone desparate for transportation would drive.

Any suggestions? >>

Christy:
Best suggestion I can think of:
Get a good lawyer in your community (who knows local law.)
Most attorneys will give you a free consultation for 30 minutes while they
review the basivs of your case and determine what is going on. Then they will
discuss their fees with you frankly if you ask them to.
Take it from me, who has been there. Because of the unreliability of some
teenagers,
(a lot of it perceived, teenagers are just like anyone else in their
willingness to tell the truth) many judges and law enforcement officials tend
to believe adults instead.
I say again, consult an attorney now, rather than later. that is what they are
there for.

P.S. I am not an attorney, do not have any attorneys for relatives. I speak
from experience.
