Best present this year was my printer! My old was went to "printer heaven".
But the Best Christmas Present ever for me wasn't really a present at all; it
was just the Christmas' we all shared as young kids & families at our
grandparents house. What fun it was to all pile into that house & laugh &
joke & play in the attic. I don't remember one single gift I ever got when I
was at Nanna & Beepe's house, but I sure remember some great Christmas
memories!
My first Christmas as a (poor) newlywed was different. Our packages from home
arrived late on Christmas Eve. We were really looking for them, too. We were
at Newburgh NY as my husband was stationed there at Stewart AFB. I received a
pair of stocking from him. I gave him a new tied. We really did have a great
Christmas. The following year we had a baby son to share it all with!
