Please, don't remind me it's a dry heat! It's just plain hot! Enough
grumbling.
I love the idea of just a chat list! I've learned a great deal lurking
on the Family Origins list, and have chatted with some great people from
other lists as well. It's nice to have a limited structure list where
you can post anything <G>

I'm a registered nurse, and have been doing genealogy in my
"spare" time for about 9-10 years now. I use Family Origins primarily,
PAF 3.0 on my laptop, and am currently experimenting with Ultimate Family
Tree. I don't know about the rest of you, but I can't resist a new
product. I look at it...and look at it...and look at it...and finally
break down and buy it. This one's tougher than FO or PAF. I'm actually
reading the manual first!!! One good point in it's [UFT] favor, the fan
chart actually works right the first time on my printer!

I'm researching: Mills in NY Pearce in IA/WI Ellis in MI/NY
Bowen in NY/RI Knobbs anywhere!
Keelan anywhere Lowry in OH Scott in MI Russell in MI and a whole
lot of other lines! Avery, Benham, Balcom, Connell, Quinn, Manlove (for
my sister) it seems like I'm forgetting someone very important, but I
have no idea who it is at this point. It's nearly 2 am so I'm off to
sleep for a while.
