Hi,

1) The RACV vicroads country street directory of Victoria has a Phillips
Flat Road at Pge 56, F7, SW of Ararat.
2) "Phillips Flat Victoria" on Google brought up a lovely photo of the
Eldridge Family, plus an accompanying family tree.
3) The GSV has the old parish maps for Ararat on microfiche, but I don't
know if they would show Phillips Flat.
