Just returned from a week golfing in the South and a few days in Belfast at Proni.I agree with the recent comments that Eglintine Avenue holds the best values for B&B and the lower the number the closer to the street with better Restaurants. I found as a first timer and not the "swiftest" at this game that the people at PRONI were much less helpful than those I've met at the LDS Centre, our Toronto Public Reference Library and our own Government Archives in Toronto and Ottawa! In fact I felt that PRONI STAFF were somewhat aloof. I'd suggest that the Omagh visit mentioned earlier might hold out a better chance for people who have been Stonewalled- to- date.Anyone visiting Ireland for the first time will be pleased with the people, the public transport and the food ...to say nothing of that dark brown stuff put out by Mr. Guiness.
