I am researching the Klaws surname based in and around Melbourne from
approx. 1863.
Can anyone tell me if the Victoria Public record Office has Passenger
lists of immigrants
indexed alphabetically by surname? I am keen to find name of ship date
etc.
Is anyone planning any visits that could take a look for me?.
I am also having trouble finding his death & 1st marriage (1860's) He
was most likely his 40's - 1893

His exact name is Wilhelm (William) Jacob Antoin Klaws
