How common would it have been in Australia, England, Ireland or Scotland
for common ,regular people to have left wills ?

I mean the regular type of ancestors who were farmers or labourers
probably without a lot of assets .

Ignorant question probably but also but where do I find or how do I access
any Australian or Overseas Wills ?
