Subject: Medal card - Percy Heigold

Hello,
I downloaded a relatives medal card and am trying to figure out what it says. At the top there is a notation written that says 'see S.W.B". Does anyone know what this refers too? Also down on the right hand side it says 'Dis 392/?? (can't make out what is written there) 24/7/16.
He had been taken prisoner at sometime and was exchanged along with 103 other men which was written up in the London Times on February 7, 1916. The write up said that most of the men had been wounded when they were captured. I am wondering if Dis. means he was discharged later that summer?
I know nothing about his war service other than the above.
Thank you for any help received.
