Irish deaths in WWI (49,400 of the estimated 320,000 who served in
the British Army) are listed on a new CD-ROM of the book:
"Ireland's Memorial Records 1914-1918" which was compiled by
Miss Eva C. Barnard, secretary of the Irish National War Memorial
Committee, and published in eight volumes in 1923. Known names
in Navy, Air Force & Colonial Regiments are included, but are not
complete. (I do not have a copy of it!). From Irish Roots 2005 No 1
