I have a copy of my Uncle's death certificate in front of me. It is quite
disappointing - it does not have a date of birth just an age (21).

The certificate does have:-

Army number, rank, name in full, age, place of enlistment, date of death,
place of death (mine just says France), cause of death (mine says presumed).

All of this information I already had from CWGC.org.
