Patrick
I knew the Brits were at Gallipoli I have a book on Gallipoli written by Les
Carlyon ,it includes photographs of the Brits being shot as they landed.
I had 2 cousins killed at the landing ,they never set foot on the beach. Also
several other rellies who fought and died alongside the brits.
As an ex National serviceman from the 1950s and a reservist in Australia
till 1970 I salute all who fought in the great war and all other wars.
