Elizabeth,
I haven't sent her anything recently. About four years ago I wrote to her upon the suggestion of someone from the Brooklyn List. I have had the form sitting in my genealogy stuff all these years. I just had a hard time locating it (genealogy stuff isn't organized like it should be).. So I am in the process of filling it out now.

I sure hope that some good information comes forth.
