I am researching my George family from Beideck Russia. Philip George, b: 11 Nov 1862. His parents names,, as stated on his death certificate are Conrad George and Katherine Schneider. He had a sister, Susan Catherine, who married John Treibelhorn and moved to Bay Port, Michigan. Brother John and family lived in Nebraska. Another sister stayed behind in Beideck Russia. Philip and his wife Marie Katherine also named George, came to Saginaw Michigan and later to Unionville Michigan. The spelling of their name was changed to York. I am unable to find the Philip and Marie on the Ellis Island ships list. I would like more information on the Beideck family as well as the American branches. Thanking you for your interest.
