Am responding to the above queries on Lane boards...I am related to Geo. Wash
Lane who desdcnds from Woodson Lane. Woodson Lane is a son of Ayres Lane and
Ayres/Ayers is a brother to my great grandfather David LAyne Sr. They were
both sons of John La(y)ne of Goochland Va. SHould anyone like additional
information going back on any of these siblings, I will be happy to share
further. Ia lso have some info from James Gorman reserach going down the
lines as well but some of it is not in my database past the years 1820 or so.
