Seeking parents of Elizabeth George born 1bt 1770 in Va who married Jesse COWLING 1 Nov 1792 in southeast Virginia (county unknown to me). They had a son William Cowling born about 1810, probably in Nansemond Co, Va who died before 1848 when his wife Frances W. Webb Cowling married again as a widow to John C. Barnes born about 1822 in Norfolk Co, Va. Frances and John had a son Walter Henry Barnes, and then John went off and died in Richmond in the Civil War.

Will share any information about Elizabeth George. Could she be related to Lt Col John GEORGE of Isle of Wight Co, Va?
