I am researching the HOUSDEN surname.

When Sarah married John George they seemed to fall off the face of the earth.

Recently I have come across a John George who served in the Civil War from
Shenandoah County, Virginia. He is the son of a John and Sarah George.
I have no earthly idea if he is the son of MY John and Sarah HOUSDEN George

Any light anyone can shed on this would be greatly appreciated. I have a
great deal to share on the rest of the HOUSDEN family.

I am cross posting this to both the Shenandoah and George lists.
