Rootsweb was not affected by the storm.

Dale Schneider's server IS down....USGW is reachable by either of the
urls in my sig file.

As far as the lists and mail routing, nothing's going to happen until
the system's back up, and I don't have a when for that, besides that
we're working on it assiduously.
