I don't know if anyone can answer this for me
but here goes:
What does one do when one has exhausted
every avenue looking for one's ancestor?
I have checked Ancestry.com, Heritage
Quest, Rootsweb World Connect and have
absolutely found nothing.
Also have looked at Marriage indexes for
IN/IA for my Martha Scott and Temple Smith.
She was born 1848 Terra Haute Vigo Co IN
and disappears until 1867 when she is
married to Temple Smith and has my dads'
maternal grandmother in Boone Co IA.
I had located a Jonathon Scott in Boone Co
IA with spouse Sarah Parr/Pare/Pair in 1850,
by 1860 Sarah is a widow with children
including a daughter Marthaage 12.
I have checked several resources looking for
this family and who this Martha Scott married
and have come up with no leads.
Thanks for any advice and help you can give
me at this time.
