Im pretty sure she was born in Silverspring Maryland in 1974. My dad was maried to her mother Mary (not sure of her last name, because my dad has no idea im doing this for him!) I think they where married in 1972 or 1973 and they split up when Emily was about 1 month old, and he came back to W.va. I hope that little info will help to find her! Thank you, Sherri Stout
