Hi,
In the 1870 Census I couldn't find Violet in NC but if I did find a Lydia age 6 & and Henry age 2 living with their family

Head of household- Isaac Taylor age 23

Farm labourer - Hinanda? Taylor age 12
- Lydia Taylor age 6
- Henry Taylor age 2
- Sarah Taylor age ?

I found the following in the 1880 census

Birthplace: North Carolina
Occupation: Labourer
Relation: Other
Home in 1880: Rocky Point, Pender, North Carolina
Marital status: Single
Race: Black
Gender: Female
Head of household: Henry J. EVERITT
Is this the same Violet? I don't see Lydia or Henry living there??
