What is that similarity beyond a kind of general, short haplotype
commonality shared by R1bs from Scandinavia to Portugal and Greece to the
Orkneys?

Do the Irish and Scottish subclusters that have been developed using longer
haplotypes include very many Iberians? Do we have any 37 or 67-marker Basque
haplotypes that fall into any of the Scots or Irish subclusters?

There does seem to be an Iberian-British connection with R1b1c6 (SRY2627+),
but isn't it limited thus far to Wales and SW England?
