Nelda,

On DNA-F's web site, they show these mtDNA tests (among others):

HVR-1 (Bases 16024-16365)
HVR-2 (Bases 73-304)
HVR-3 (Bases 438-574)

So FTDNA's HVR1 test is more inclusive than DNA-F's HVR-1 test, and FTDNA's HVR2
test is more inclusive than DNA-F's combined HVR-2 and HVR-3 tests. At least,
that's the way I read it.
