Your are corretct; the test results were as you have them listed.

Are you positive (derived } for P19? =yes
Are you positive (derived) for M170? =yes
Are you negative (ancestral) for M223? =yes
Are you negative (ancestral) for P37? =yes

I don't know what test is next in the EA subclade test; This is
something I need to find out from EA, When I received the partial
sublcade result i.e. M223 and P37 I checked online to correlate results
to a subclade. I need to be more up to speed on all this Dna
information , Required tests etc.

As to having an independant lab do a 25 marker str test, Well that
again is something I have not thought about. Why 25 markers, just
curious as opposed to 12 markers?
