Yes, each of those mutations occur all the time. I looked up your haplotype
and agree you are probably Ultra Norse. The estimate I made for TMRCA was
for 3 mutations in a 18 marker haplotype. You indicate 3 mutations. It is
not more complicated than that, although I have not seen the other fellow's
18 markers, so I am assuming they are average markers and you match on 15.
But by the time you plunk down the 95 percent interval of confidence, you
have a broad range of acceptable times to the MRCA.
