Why is the Atlantic Modal Haplotype "Atlantic"?




I know you don't Ken. I was making an analogy between calling a surname
Scots when it occurs elsewhere and has for centuries and calling a haplotype
Scots because it, like the surname, is primarily associated with, or originated
in Scotland, although it may be found elsewhere.
