If you want an overview of the distribution of R1b DYD390 allele values
throughout Europe, please visit
Bartons' http://worldfamilies.net/y-haplogroups.htm Click onto Y-DNA and
then on to my name: AA Foster. You will be able to extract the frequency %s
of DYS390=25 throughout Europe from the data therein.

My data confirms the accuracy of Ken Nordtvedt's article, published in about
May/June of last year, that DYS390=23 is most prevalent in northern,
continental Europe. But the other marker values also occur in significant
numbers in those parts.
Alan Foster.
