Primarily in England with some in Scotland.
(Some I1C north of Ayrshire, Scotland)
Arrived in Virginia in 1636.
Also spelled Wetherlee.
(1) Does the I1C #2 HAPLOTYE SIGNATURE give ANY CLUE
whether to INCLUDE or EXCLUDE Celtic, Norman, Viking, or Saxon?

(#17 also matches, except for the DYS 390.)
