Phil,
You should review our previous posts on parallel mutations. CDYa and b are extremely fast markers. Thus, they will have many more parallel mutations than other markers. There are many cases where it appears that mutations on it can be used for grouping, but in fact there is a second or third independent mutation. There are many projects which naively think they have a unique mutation, but fail to do the proper testing to verify it.
