Perhaps they've changed, then, or maybe it varies depending on their level of confidence. From my personal results page (haplogroup tab):

"Haplogroup Test: your matches suggest that you belong to Haplogroup R1b. You may confirm that by ordering a Y-DNA SNP test for the R1b clade or Haplogroup."

Clicking on "ordering" takes one to the order page, with the option of ordering the $100 SNP test.
