I have given below links to the web site for Burke’s World Orders of
Knighthood and Merit, which has finally been published! I hope you will
consider acquiring it for the SMOM library (the Grand master has a copy). As
it is too expensive to find its way into every book store, I am sending
these links to you – if it is purchased before 1st November it can be bought
for the discounted price of £195, plus packing and postage. If you want to

who is in charge of sales. The book is more than 2,100 pages with some 2,700
images in two volumes in a slip case.



The book covers every country in the world, with details of their national
honour systems and illustrations of the insignia. There is quite a lot about
royal dynasties and very many photos of royalty wearing their insignia.
